Alex has worked in executive search for over 15 years where he has predominately focused in the not-for-profit sector at Executive and Non Executive levels. Over that period, he has held research and delivery positions with global firms, such as Egon Zehnder and Odgers Berndtson as well as boutiques which have focused on public policy, government relations and communications roles. 

Prior to executive search Alex was in the Trust & Foundation sector and is personally and professional very committed to social justice. While his track record spans education, health, medical research, housing and international development he also brings a significant track record in charities and research organisations in pursuit of poverty alleviation, on a national and international level and his previous appointments have included; Trussell, Joseph Rowntree Foundation, Oak Foundation, RSPCA, Cancer Research UK, Greenpeace, Scope, Mencap and many more.

Alex’s academic background focused on Latin America, where he spent a number of years living and working however, nowadays he maintains his link to the continent through his keen, practical, interest in Malbec and others!
